Good morning,

I on behalf of my brothers and myself wish to thank you and the staff of Champion Care Home for everything you and the team did to make the last few days in our mother's life as comfortable as was possible.

For we were completely lost as we did not know what to do as our mother's condition was not improving for the last 2-3 months. We all are working abroad and were unable to stay with our Mom for long due to our job commitments. In that moment of despair, we found Champion Care Home and it came as a ray of hope.

Although we were unsure in the beginning, but after talking with you, we felt sure that our mom would be in good hands.

The continuous updates from your side about our moms day-to-day and hour-to-hour conditions never made us feel that we were away from her.

We are grateful to you and your staff especially the staff who were in Little Flower hospital during our mom's last moments.

You took care of our mother as your own and we will always be grateful to you.

Although our mothers soul has departed for her heavenly abode. I am sure she would bless You and Champion Care Homes for the care and love you have given her.

Mr. Emmy D' Silva visited Champion Care Homes recently. He writes back to us:

Dear Dr. Md. Rafique,

Kindly excuse the delay in this mail. Another funeral, followed by memorial service. It's been a week of mourning and cemetery services !
Anyway today was the last with the death of my old College Professors.

Now coming back to stay at Champion Homes , it's always a case of feeling refreshed spiritually and physically after a retreat.
Come back charged and ready to face the world.

This visit was more with the real scene at CH, ie with occupants and 15 at that at various ages and physical liabilities .
It was heartwarming to see the old couple who had come from the US. Marriage tested to the ultimate!

Coming down to the stay.
1.The food takes too billing- all three meals were excellent in preparation and presentation, besides the courtesy of the kitchen staff.
2.The room - comfortable and prepared well for my visit.
3.Johnson saw that I got the range of cable-TV channels I desired.
4.Internet and Computer support- Excellent and readily extended!
Ticket bookings - what was not possible at the Thiruvananthapuram booking office was achieved at Champion Care Homes!
5. Attending service on Sunday - Thanks to Johnson I was able to fulfill my obligation. He Johnson really went the extra mile to meet my requirements. A real sheet anchor of support for Champion Care Homes.
6. Drop at the Rly station, Alwaye - Driver Pandian turned up trumps when we got held up by a church festival. Last 13 kms in 12 minutes flat! Moreover, both Pandian and Mohan stayed with me till I had boarded the train - so gracious of them, but more a tribute to you for they were following your instructions, I am sure!
7. Mailing of left behind books - Taken care of with promptness. For, I received the parcel within 24 hours.
8. The Free stay facility - Thank you for extending it me. Shall avail the balance of four days later, trying to bring my brother to show him the place.

Thank you too for speaking to your Directors to extend special flexible option to me. Have spoken to the Bankers and should revert with an answer soon after return from Bharat darshan by the month-end.

Regards to Feroza and your Mum. She is so silently efficient behind the scenes! Thank you for keeping me company during my meals while I was there. God bless and thank you once again.

Wg Cdr D. Lawrence stayed in Champion Care Homes recently. He writes to his Col friend in the armed forces as:

Hi Harry & Ajita,

Trust U2 are in GR8 spirits.

Yes we did visit the place -- wife, her brother and self.

B-I-L stayed for one night -- he was impressed.

We stayed for 2 nights.

The food is superb -- one can choose one's food (give Ur choice) with a day's notice.

The staff are ever-friendly and ever-smiling -- pleasure to interact with them.

The rooms are GOOD -- we've paid the Advance for a SUPER DELUXE SUITE.

The REFUNDABLE cost for this suite (has 2 rooms and 2 balconies) is 14L (for two) + the Monthly Maintenance Charge @ 20G per head. This MMC is payable when U actually occupy the place. Flexible payment options are available as well.

The ambiance is GR8.

The truss on the roof is starting -- material in situ.

Once that is over, the Therapy Pool will be coming up.

There are a total of 40 suites as of now, of which 12 are occupied, 8 booked and inquiries coming in.

Most of the inmates have their children abroad and the Cochin International Airport is only 20 kms away.

A Super Specialty Hospital is very close to the Airport.

Ambulance is available nearby on call.

They plan to expand and have an Annexe with a sky-bridge connecting the 2 buildings.

The weather is good and the place is located in the middle of rubber & Teak plantations.

Nights were chilly and we had to keep the A/c off -- all rooms are A/c'd.

All-in-all a place worth a look at, where one could spend one's sunset years in peace.

We were charmed by the place -- had driven down from Cochin which is 57 kms away, by the NH.

Did NOT have to pay for the 2+1 nights we 3 spent over there.

I'm totally impressed with the place.

The resident doctor is a very fine man. A Mos' who studied in Trichy under the foreign Jesuit Priests
